From July 2024, I will be recording a weekly audio blog, answering questions from readers. I get lots of questions and messages from people who have read one of my books, completed one of my courses, or listened to one of my audio exercises. They often ask for clarification or further details of some of the published exercises or want to know how different activities or theories can be applied to their individual situations. I’ve found that many of the questions can be similar, and some are difficult to answer with a written reply.

So, I have decided to record weekly audio recordings in which I will answer questions that people send in from this page. You can use your real name or choose to be anonymous. During the audio recordings, I won’t give out your full name (or any name if requested). Tell me a little bit about yourself, along with your age and geographical location, so that I can give some context to my answer.

As the title suggests, you can ask me about anything related to my work on confidence, anxiety, acceptance and commitment therapy, etc. Just fill in the form, or if you prefer, leave a voice message using the recorder widget below. I’ll try to answer as many of them as possible. I will publish the audio recordings on this page and also make them downloadable as podcasts from the usual places.
